Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.
Norwycks money-back guarantee (15 days)
Beyond the legal period, we extend this guarantee to 15 days: if MagDock doesn't meet your expectations, contact us and we'll arrange the return and a full refund.
Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all its accessories
- Normal use of the product during the trial period does not affect your right to a refund

Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days maximum.
Defective or incorrect product
If you receive a damaged product or one that differs from your order, contact us within 48 hours with a photo: we'll arrange an exchange or a refund at no cost to you.
